The purpose of DALI is to help you understand the Relative Strength landscape so you can appropriately allocate your portfolios based on your asset allocation mandates and preferences and the current market environment. We give you the ability to customize your DALI view in order to make sure the information is as relevant to you and your preferences as possible.
To create a custom DALI view, go to the DALI View dropdown on the right side of the DALI page and click the pencil icon next to the custom option.
There are several options for updating your DALI view to make it more relevant to you:
- Removing any asset classes you will not normally invest in. For example, in the below Custom DALI settings screenshot, Currencies have removed.
- Splitting International Equities into Developed and Emerging Markets
- Splitting Fixed Income into Quality US Fixed Income and International Fixed Income
- Adding Alternative Income as a dedicated asset class
- Adding Real Estate as a dedicated asset class
Based on the above changes, the resulting custom DALI view looks like the below. The hope for this custom view is that it will allow you to focus on evaluating the areas of the market most relevant to you, improving your ability to more efficiently make Relative Strength-based asset allocation decisions as the market environment shifts.
